東莞螺絲廠(chang)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)就是規范，每個國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)和(he)部門(men)都(dou)有(you)自己(ji)的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。目前，GB—中國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)（國(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）ANSI—美(mei)國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)（美(mei)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）DIN—德(de)國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)（德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）ASME—美(mei)國(guo)(guo)機械工(gong)程師協會標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)JIS—日本(ben)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)（日標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）BSW—英國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)GB—國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)是我國(guo)(guo)眾多(duo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)中的(de)(de)一(yi)種，另外還有(you)行(xing)業標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)，專(zhuan)業標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)和(he)部門(men)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)等(deng)(deng)。國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)又分：GB（強制性標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)）和(he)GB/T（推(tui)薦性標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)）以(yi)及GBn（國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)內(nei)部標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)）等(deng)(deng)。我們(men)平(ping)常看到的(de)(de)像GB30，GB5783等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)都(dou)是強制性的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。

以(yi)(yi)上幾種(zhong)標(biao)(biao)準除(chu)(chu)了一(yi)(yi)些基本尺寸(cun)(cun)如(ru)(ru)頭部對邊、頭部厚度(du)等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同以(yi)(yi)外(wai)(wai)，最(zui)主要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)部分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同。GB、DIN、JIS等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)都有是(shi)以(yi)(yi)MM（毫(hao)米(mi)）為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)，統稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)。另像ANSI、ASME等的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)美標(biao)(biao)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)。除(chu)(chu)了公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)和美制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)外(wai)(wai)還有一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)BSW—英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)(biao)準,其(qi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)也是(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)，俗稱惠氏螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)。 公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)以(yi)(yi)MM（毫(hao)米(mi)）為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)，它的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)尖角為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)60度(du)。美制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)和英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)都是(shi)以(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。美制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)尖角也是(shi)60度(du)，而英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙(ya)(ya)尖角為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)55度(du)。由于計量(liang)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同，導致了各種(zhong)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表示方法也不(bu)盡相同。例如(ru)(ru)像M16-2X60表示的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)公(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)。他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具體(ti)意(yi)思是(shi)表示該(gai)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)稱直徑為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)16MM，牙(ya)(ya)距為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)2MM，長度(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)60MM，又如(ru)(ru)：1/4—20X3/4表示的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)，他的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具體(ti)意(yi)思是(shi)該(gai)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公(gong)稱直徑為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1/4英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)（一(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)=25.4MM），在一(yi)(yi)英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)上有20個牙(ya)(ya)，長度(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)3/4英(ying)寸(cun)(cun)。另外(wai)(wai)要表示美制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)話一(yi)(yi)般會在表示英(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后面加上UNC以(yi)(yi)及UNF，以(yi)(yi)此來區別是(shi)美制(zhi)(zhi)粗牙(ya)(ya)或是(shi)美制(zhi)(zhi)細牙(ya)(ya)。在平時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)銷業務中，我們(men)最(zui)常遇到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)準是(shi)GB（國標(biao)(biao)）和DIN（德標(biao)(biao)）。

東莞螺(luo)絲廠在生產品(pin)方面，主要會接觸(chu)到以下幾種標準(zhun)：

GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等(deng)(deng)。目前GB30（老(lao)國標(biao)(biao)(biao)）在標(biao)(biao)(biao)準書(shu)中已(yi)被(bei)GB5783（新國標(biao)(biao)(biao)）所代(dai)替(ti)(ti)。GB52（老(lao)國標(biao)(biao)(biao)）在標(biao)(biao)(biao)準書(shu)中已(yi)被(bei)GB6170（新國標(biao)(biao)(biao)）所代(dai)替(ti)(ti)。 在1986年(nian)，國家對標(biao)(biao)(biao)準件(jian)制定了新標(biao)(biao)(biao)準，一般俗(su)稱為(wei)(wei)新標(biao)(biao)(biao)，使用最多(duo)的主(zhu)要有GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780為(wei)(wei)六角(jiao)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)粗(cu)桿(gan)半(ban)(ban)牙螺(luo)絲(si)(si)，其精(jing)(jing)度等(deng)(deng)級為(wei)(wei)C級產品(pin)，可用GB5782來(lai)代(dai)替(ti)(ti)（GB5782為(wei)(wei)六角(jiao)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)粗(cu)桿(gan)半(ban)(ban)牙螺(luo)絲(si)(si)，其精(jing)(jing)度等(deng)(deng)到級為(wei)(wei)A級和(he)B級。）GB5781為(wei)(wei)六角(jiao)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)全牙螺(luo)絲(si)(si)，精(jing)(jing)度等(deng)(deng)級為(wei)(wei)C 級產品(pin)。可用GB5783來(lai)代(dai)替(ti)(ti)（GB5783為(wei)(wei)六角(jiao)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)全牙螺(luo)絲(si)(si)，其精(jing)(jing)度等(deng)(deng)級為(wei)(wei)A級和(he)B 級）。GB5784為(wei)(wei)細桿(gan)半(ban)(ban)牙的六角(jiao)螺(luo)絲(si)(si)。

新標(biao)(biao)(biao)與老(lao)(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)區(qu)別(bie)(bie)在于(yu)：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系(xi)列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)產品(pin)(pin)，在對(dui)邊(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)上有(you)所區(qu)別(bie)(bie)。除M22系(xi)列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新產品(pin)(pin)外，新標(biao)(biao)(biao)產品(pin)(pin)M8、M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)部對(dui)邊(bian)比(bi)(bi)老(lao)(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)要小1MM。分別(bie)(bie)為13、16、18、21MM ，而M22系(xi)列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新產品(pin)(pin)，新標(biao)(biao)(biao)比(bi)(bi)老(lao)(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)反而要大(da)2MM，應特別(bie)(bie)注意。對(dui)于(yu)頭(tou)部厚度(du)(du)，新標(biao)(biao)(biao)和老(lao)(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)之間略有(you)差(cha)別(bie)(bie)，在要求不(bu)是非常嚴格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下可(ke)以通用(yong)。 新標(biao)(biao)(biao)與德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)區(qu)別(bie)(bie)在于(yu)：M10、M12、M14、M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)產品(pin)(pin)規格(ge)，在對(dui)邊(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)上有(you)所差(cha)別(bie)(bie)。M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)部對(dui)邊(bian)新標(biao)(biao)(biao)比(bi)(bi)德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)要小1MM。而M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)新產品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)，其頭(tou)部對(dui)邊(bian)比(bi)(bi)德(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)邊(bian)寬(kuan)度(du)(du)要大(da)2MM ，其它的(de)(de)(de)(de)均可(ke)通用(yong)。

東(dong)莞螺(luo)絲廠對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)(yu)六(liu)角螺(luo)帽，常(chang)用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標準有(you)：GB52、GB6170、GB6172和(he)DIN934，對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)(yu)它們之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要區(qu)(qu)別有(you)：GB6170的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚度(du)要比(bi)GB52、GB6172和(he)DIN934來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚，俗稱為(wei)厚螺(luo)帽。另外就是對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區(qu)(qu)別，M8的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽系列中DIN934、GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)都是13MM比(bi)GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)14MM要小1MM，M10的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽，DIN934與GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為(wei)17MM，比(bi)GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)要大1MM，M12的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為(wei)19MM比(bi)GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)18MM要大1MM。對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于(yu)(yu)M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為(wei)22MM比(bi)GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)21MM要大1MM。另外就是M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)帽，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)為(wei)32MM，比(bi)GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)34MM要小2MM。（GB6170和(he)GB6172除了其(qi)厚度(du)不(bu)一樣外，對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)寬度(du)完全一樣）其(qi)余規格在不(bu)考(kao)慮(lv)厚度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下(xia)，可以(yi)通(tong)用。

螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準規范在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)(jiao)方(fang)面，國標(biao)(biao)(biao)中(zhong)有兩(liang)(liang)個(ge)版(ban)(ban)(ban)本(ben)，一(yi)個(ge)為(wei)(wei)GB70—76，76年(nian)(nian)版(ban)(ban)(ban)本(ben)，一(yi)個(ge)為(wei)(wei)GB70—85，85年(nian)(nian)版(ban)(ban)(ban)本(ben)，東莞(guan)(guan)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)廠(chang)現執行DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準，所以(yi)在(zai)(zai)實際業(ye)務(wu)操(cao)作中(zhong)應注意(yi)區(qu)別(bie)：其中(zhong)GB70—85與(yu)DIN912完(wan)全重合，故對于使用(yong)(yong)新標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情況，不(bu)(bu)存在(zai)(zai)著差別(bie)，主要(yao)(yao)(yao)是(shi)(shi)GB70—76與(yu)DIN912之間(jian)有所區(qu)別(bie)：M8系(xi)(xi)列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)(jiao)產品，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑為(wei)(wei)12.5MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)13.27MM要(yao)(yao)(yao)小一(yi)些(xie)(xie),M10系(xi)(xi)列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)(jiao)產品,GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑為(wei)(wei)15MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)16.27要(yao)(yao)(yao)小一(yi)些(xie)(xie),M12系(xi)(xi)列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)(jiao),GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑為(wei)(wei)18MM,比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)對邊(bian)18.27要(yao)(yao)(yao)小一(yi)些(xie)(xie),另像M16、M20系(xi)(xi)列(lie)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)(jiao)GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑比(bi)DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)小0.33MM，分別(bie)為(wei)(wei)24MM，30MM。DIN912的(de)(de)(de)(de)則(ze)分別(bie)為(wei)(wei)24.33MM和(he)30.33MM。另外老標(biao)(biao)(biao)與(yu)德標(biao)(biao)(biao)內(nei)(nei)六角(jiao)(jiao)之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)對邊(bian)寬(kuan)度由于標(biao)(biao)(biao)準不(bu)(bu)同(tong)而(er)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)對邊(bian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)小一(yi)些(xie)(xie)，在(zai)(zai)業(ye)務(wu)作業(ye)中(zhong)也應加(jia)以(yi)注意(yi)。 另外，平時(shi)可能(neng)會(hui)用(yong)(yong)到的(de)(de)(de)(de)馬(ma)車(che)(che)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)也有一(yi)些(xie)(xie)區(qu)別(bie)，在(zai)(zai)此也作一(yi)個(ge)說明，在(zai)(zai)國標(biao)(biao)(biao)中(zhong)，有兩(liang)(liang)種(zhong)馬(ma)車(che)(che)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準，即GB12（小半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)方(fang)頸螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)）和(he)GB14（大半(ban)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)方(fang)頸螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)），平時(shi)在(zai)(zai)市面上較常用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)還有德標(biao)(biao)(biao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準DIN603。東莞(guan)(guan)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)廠(chang)對這三(san)者加(jia)以(yi)區(qu)別(bie)：對于圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)頸，在(zai)(zai)同(tong)一(yi)規格(ge)比(bi)較時(shi)是(shi)(shi)：GB12<GB14<DIN603< SPAN>。通常在(zai)(zai)馬(ma)車(che)(che)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)時(shi)，往(wang)往(wang)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求頭(tou)(tou)頸大而(er)厚，所以(yi)DIN603馬(ma)車(che)(che)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準完(wan)全符(fu)合要(yao)(yao)(yao)求。
